Who we are

Tap Swipe Spin is a mobile arcade game for iOS and Android, and this website, published by Nerone (“we”), an individual developer based in France. These terms apply to the game, to the browser version on this website and to this website. By playing, you agree to them. How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.

The game

The game is free to download and play. We may update it, add or remove features, modes, events and store items, or stop offering it. We do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. You need to be old enough to use the App Store or Google Play in your country; the game is not directed at children under 13.

Advertising

The game shows no ads until you accept the “extra lives” offer that appears after a few games. After that, ads are rewarded ads only: you choose to watch one to continue a run with an extra life or to earn a coin bonus. If an ad fails to load or you close it early, you may not receive the reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob under its own terms.

Coins and store items

Coins are a virtual reward earned by playing. You can spend them in the in-game store on skins and other cosmetic items. Coins and store items are cosmetic only: they never change scores, difficulty or your place on the leaderboards. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another player or device, and are stored on your device only, so deleting the app or changing device loses them. There are no in-app purchases today. If we ever offer paid items, they will also be cosmetic only, the price and conditions will be shown before you buy, and your rights under consumer law will apply.

Leaderboards and player names

When you play online, your player name, avatar, scores and public profile are shown on the world leaderboards in the game, on this website and on your player page (tapswipespin.com/p/YOURNAME). Please don’t use your real name or anyone else’s. You may not use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or that impersonates someone. We may rename or remove such names and profiles without notice. You can change your name at any time in the game and remove your entries with LEADERBOARD › REMOVE ME FROM THE BOARDS.

Fair play

Scores must come from playing the game as it is. Do not cheat, use modified versions of the game, bots, scripts or automated input, tamper with the game’s data or traffic, or abuse the leaderboard service. We may remove scores and entries we believe were obtained this way and block the device from the leaderboards.

Our content

The game, its name, code, design, art, music, voices and texts belong to Nerone or its licensors. Some art, music and announcer voices were made with AI tools and then selected and edited by us. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use and share screenshots and videos of your play, including on social media and with monetised videos. Do not copy, sell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the game except where the law allows it. App Store, Google Play and other names are trademarks of their owners.

Liability

The game and website are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of coins, items, scores or progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French or EU law, including for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or affects the rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or remove your leaderboard entries if you break these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim before the courts there. In the EU you can also use the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
